If I could give 6 stars, I would. I went to see Mackenna for Womb Continuum Care and was blown away by her practice. It was the treatment I didn’t know I needed; the care for my womb I didn’t realize a practitioner could hold. I truly truly from the bottom of my heart, feel that anyone with a womb would benefit from this practice. 11/10 would recommend! Thank you Mackenna! Life changing.

I recommend Rose and would encourage anyone who is interested in acupuncture to give her a try. Rose is both soft and firm in the treatment she delivers. MacKenna has done fantastic work helping me get past some very painful rotator cuff overuse injuries. My shoulders have almost complete mobility again. She is easy to talk to and a passionate healer who knows how to find and help the injured elements. Gentle, strong, relentless! She gets it done. I'm very happy to have her in Nelson.

I highly recommend Baker Street Wellness & Rose for acupuncture and other TCM needs. I have been seeing Rose for about 2 months now and my results have been significant. I recently had a session with Rose during my stay in Nelson, and it was honestly one of the best Chinese Medicine experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve been working with TCM doctors for many years and have had hundreds of sessions, and Rose truly stands out. She is incredibly gentle yet deeply intuitive. She has a beautiful ability to sense exactly what your body and energy need. I felt completely supported on every level — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Her compassion and presence are exceptional, and the energy she brings into the room is just incredible. I recommend her 100%. I honestly wish she lived in my city so I could continue working with her regularly on my health and well-being. If you have the chance to book with Rose, do it, she is truly a gem.
